Terms & Conditions

• Subscription Payments will be altered if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

• THEATRE OF DREAMS or any of our staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

• THEATRE OF DREAMS reserves the right to remove your subscription from our dance school , without refund, for anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

• You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us - theatreofdreamsdanceschool@outlook.com

• You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address above.

• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

• We suggest you refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

• We don't issue any refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances 

• If there are any sessions cancelled , Theatre of Dreams will possibly offer a make-up session,to replace this or a change to your subscription plan price. However this is not guaranteed depending on the nature of cancellation.

• All parents/Guardians subscribing to our Classes understand and accept that there is a 15 day cancellation period. Any Payments due within this time frame will still be charged before subscriptions will end or pause.
